I really really enjoyed my long weekend stay at this hotel. Being on a cobbled side street just off the town square in Tallinn's city centre, the location could not have been more perfect. (But if you're getting there in a cab, you should know that you can't drive to the hotel - you'll have to get dropped off at the edge of the square and haul your luggage by hand for two whole minutes.) Other than the lack of air conditioning (July in Tallinn can be very humid) I can't actually fault our room. But maybe the mini bar could have been a bit more interesting. The staff were also great - helpful and friendly. And they all spoke flawless language which is handy. Estonian isn't the easiest of languages to pick up. It was also very reasonably priced. And that price included an awesome breakfast in the gorgeous underground restaurant. The price also included bedroom wifi, but that didn't work. Booo! If I ever go back to Tallinn, I probably wouldn't stay anywhere else. Loved this place and would happily recommend it.

I've stayed in many hotels across the world, and this is definitely one of the best hotel experiences I have had. The service and staff was amazing. Everyone was very accommodating, the location couldn't be better, prices were reasonable, and the suite I got was very cosy. Especially with the sauna and fireplace. The next time I go to Tallinn, I will definitely stay here again!
